Intermediate Mediation Skills and Theory - Fall 2024
This advanced course will build on concepts and skills that students have learned in an introductory course. Students will have an opportunity to learn intermediate mediation theory and skills that can be applied to disputes in a variety of areas. This course is unique in the ample time given to small group, coached role plays that provide valuable practice, feedback, and preparation for real-life mediations.
