Introduction to Mediation Skills and Theory (Intensive) - July 2024
This intensive, two-week course will introduce students to the concepts and skills necessary to conduct an interest-based/facilitative mediation in a range of practice areas including civil, family and child protection. Students will be encouraged to consider the mediation process from a variety of lenses and to challenge and reflect on their belief system, values, and personal experiences with the topics presented. This course is essential for those wanting to pursue a career in mediation and for those who want to develop their conflict resolution skills in other roles such as leadership or human resources.
